Nathan SuperShot 1.5 L Water Bottle, Blue/Electric Blue

I love this bottle. I fill it up before I leave for work (I have a half mile walk from the train station)... I usually drink about 1/3 to 1/2 of it on the walk. When I get into the office, I drop a handful or two of ice in -- love the wide mouth lid for this, I can shove two of the huge semicircle ice cubes from the ice maker in at a time -- and top off the water. Then I'm good until at least lunch, maybe add more ice, and I'm set until I head home. Throw in ice before I leave the office, and I've got ice water that lasts me the rest of the evening.My only complaint is they don't make any sort of insulating sleeve for it... but with some cut-up pieces of yoga mat and duct tape, I have a "koozie" that keeps my ice water icy cold, and somewhat reduces condensation on the outside too :)UPDATE: In January (2017), I dropped the bottle and of course it landed upside-down right on the cap, cracking the cap. I contacted Nathan Sports to see about purchasing a replacement cap (their warranty clearly states that accidental damage isn't covered). What'd they do? They got my name and address, and sent me a new cap completely free! I feel better about the environment (only having to throw away the broken part instead of replacing a perfectly good container too) and my wallet (you can't beat free!). Customer service like this is hard to find, and even if they HAD charged me for the lid and/or shipping I still would've been okay with it because the service rep was polite and professional, and they got the replacement shipped out quickly.

I looooove this water bottle. I’ve own A LOT of water bottles in my day. And even my favorite water bottles ended up being inconvenient to carry around or were too small. While I’m at work for sometimes 15 hours a day I don’t always have time to fill up a small water bottle constantly.This bottle holds a great amount of water and feels surprisingly light even when it’s full. The bottles proportions are nice , not too tall / not too wide, the option of wide mouth or a smaller mouth for drinking Is great. I’ve never had any leak issues, and my only— ONLY complaint about this bottle is that the plastic strap, that holds the smaller cap on and doubles as a carrying handle, is a little flimsy. After a few days of carrying it around at work and I’m parks it was a little misshaped. Not broken just a little bent out of shape. That being said, I bought a cheap paracord handle for a wide mouth water bottle and the issue was solved.I’ve bought three of these bottles so far, one for myself, for my fiancé , and for my father. We all love them and I can’t see myself looking for a different water bottle anytime soon.

I LOVE THIS BOTTLE. It’s easy to take apart and clean. It’s large size makes it so I don’t have to refill a lot and I end up drinking more water. I put painters tape on the side and marked what level I should be at throughout the day and decorated it with stickers, so I was super sad when I dropped it when full and the clear plastic cap broke. Note: I have dropped it many times when not full and no real damage was done to this thing. I just called customer service and the company is going to send me a replacement cap. When I tried to give payment information they said it’s free of charge. Just something that they send out! I can’t imagine getting a better product/experience for the price. I am so so happy I bought this.

This is my favorite bottle. It was inexpensive in relation to the use I've gotten it of it.It's light for the amount of water out carries, easy to handle, the wide mouth makes it easy to drop ice into it and you can clip it to your pants' belt loops, so you can use both your hands while working out being active.I used to work in a dog camp, where it would get extremely hot at times; being in a closed room with 12 exercising large dogs, no matter how cold the AC goes, it gets hot and stuffy.I dropped it a few times and it was banged by dog's' mouths and legs, and it withstood that. I've put it in the fridge, in the freezer, and it had stayed in my car a coupler hours in hot weather. It's still good.I however, had to purchase a second one when I added peppermint oil to my water. The plastic seemed to absorb the oil and it was unpleasant to taste the peppermint with other flavors. It was probably my fault because i forgot it at the office when i got sick, so it didn't get washed my for a few days.I read other reviewers say something similar. I have used the bottle with different water enhancers, different brands, powdered, drops, mineralized water, alcaline water, tap, teas, and whatnot. I had that experience, but only with the oil.

Great water bottle. I was looking for a very large (40 oz or greater) water bottle that was clear and had the measurements on the side. I'm actively trying to drink 3 litres of water a day, and this task is easier to manage when I simply have to finish two of these bottles. I can easily keep track of my water intake and reach my daily goals more effectively. I really like the small mouth nozzle for easy drinking, (I had a 32 oz Nalgene and it was odd drinking from the wide mouth since it did not have this sports bottle style top) and also that it is attached to the bottle. The wide mouth lid that opens for filling the bottle also has a no-grip rubberized finish, which makes it great for securing and easy to open despite being tightly closed. I highly recommend this bottle to anyone in the market for a really large water bottle.
