no, no power supply in the package. you can buy 9V 500ma or 1A adapter for this pedal. please note the adapter should be for guitar pedal. search "guitar pedal adapter" in amazon.

Please be sure there is 9v output in the phantom power. if there is only 12V and 48V, it will fry this pedal,

I’m not sure this question makes sense. It’s a USB port, not a BlueTooth module. Are you asking if you can use a BT transmitter via the USB port?
