Important for gas pipe application!
When dealing with pipe joints used to convey flammable gases it is critically important to use sealant tape that is high density and designed to work with gas such as: Natural Gas, LP Gas, Oxygen, etc. This product is well suited for the application.

Tough
This was my first use of this material. I was surprised how tough it is. It stretches, but not like teflon tape. It does not stick to the threads like teflon, either. But It seems like great material that really made connections easy.
