This is waterproof and safe and secure fits my electric wheelchair perfect does not stick out stays in place with strong velcro straps the zips male all the difference as many wheelchair bags are too easy for people to gain access but that's not the case with this bag very happy excellent quality and value. My wheelchair is a edge 3 stretto it raises and relclins and this bag does not impeed any of those functions as you can see in the photos it keeps in line with the wheelchair not causing any issues with getting close or past anything .
