Great value. Great sound. Waited for a pair of subs to go on sale and this was it

Customer service was wonderful with theses subwoofers. Contacted them and they were and to send the part to get to one subwoofer working that wasn't working when received

Pros: These things hit a bit harder than a pair of EV ELX200-18SP ($2000) - I've tested them side by side. There is an easy knob on back to adjust the frequencies on the sub so you can get rid of "boominess." I usually keep mine less than 80hz. There is a red clip light on the back that I've gotten to clip at about 125db. They haven't blown yet, and so far I'm happy with the purchase. I was worried these speakers might easily blow or not have the punch or just have a crappy build quality. Cons: The cooling fan on them is a bit loud but you don't hear it if doing a show. They are very heavy and bulky. I can carry them by myself but it's much easier with 2 people. If you're solo DJing these will be a pain to transport. They also may be a bit overkill for small crowds like a wedding. Younger crowds seem to enjoy feeling the bass though. I would purchase again. If I had lots of money I'd go for like RCF subs, but again these are budget subwoofers and work quite well for my purposes.

Great deep bass. Installed it for my dad’s karaoke setup and it blasts his music and it doesn’t get close to full volume. Super powerful.

Very good subwoofer for price point as far as build quality fantastic sound quality for the price point unbeatable but compared to high-end subwoofers not even in the same league as far as clarity

This is my third time sending out Amazon and Soundtown a email about the product I purchased on the 8th of this month. I have not heard anything from the company and Amazon is asking me if I heard anything yet from them multiple times now. I received the speakers and was trying set them up. One of the speakers have a horrible white noise coming from it. That is continue to happen when, I thought it was my mixer at first. Then my friend brought his Turbosound over and set it up on my mixer. No sound at all, I switch and bought new XLR cables thinking it was my equipment. Then I connected the second sun up. Guess what no high pitch sound at all. So I like I said I’ve sent emails out to this company and now I have a worthless sub in a box. That can’t be used, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone. But I paid a car note on speakers thinking I was going get this resolved and it has not happened. Really poor if you tell me.
