You will need to take it off now and again. Slightly tight. Ive got a big head
Im excited about this product "I can finally hear my own thoughts in this". I have a neighbour that runs riot upstairs when he's drunk. Banging constantly and shouting to himself. So i bought this. Now, if u want peace, buy this... no more headache.Its sqaure cup fits around the ears leaving lots of room. Its so strong that it works.

Work but uncomfortable to wear
My husband has found them uncomfortable to wear but they do work

Excellent for people prone to ear infections
We have a couple of staff who suffer from ear infections whenever they wear ear protection. So after a small bit of research we tried these and they are excellent. Neither member of staff has suffered problems using these.

may as well stick a couple of bits of cotton wool in your ear ..

Recommended for kids with larger heads and sensitivity to sound and touch
My son has autism and is very sensitive to noise. Other ear defenders have worked but hurt his head these are great as adjustable for kids with larger heads
