My headlights were so bad I bought a new set. The new set didn’t come with a feature I liked so I tried this kit. I’m impressed! A little muscle got them almost like new. Helpful hint, Get some soft wax and a spray bottle & some headlight sealer.

Kit worked quite well. Cleaned my headlights following the steps provided and they came out looking almost like new.

I used this product with the Meguires polish and sealer. Did ever step as directed on package. Turned out pretty good. Attached front view before with 2 after. then one before from side angle and one after. I am satisfied except the white buffing pads aren't the greatest but for the cost i guess it fits. I used the buffer pad that came with the Meguire kit. I alternated side to side then up/down application for each step.

So, for all of the people saying it's not that good etc you don't know what you're doing.YOU HAVE TO USE WATER ON THE SANDING DISCS!!!! (It's called wet sanding)This will take a long time if you want glass like results. The idea is to remove all much of the bad surface with low numbers, keep going up and up to 3000. Once you get to 3000, YOU HAVE TO COMPOUND AND POLISH.The pads and sand paper are good stuff! I have another 2 inch kit and when they got wet the Velcro backing fell off. I'm pleased with this quality.I have a semi-professional Dual Action Buffer as you can see in the pics. The orange pad that comes with this is AWESOME. Really cuts through scratches. Better than my DA.You will need to buy some rubbing compound and polish. Maguire's m105 Ultra Cut Compound is what I used and it's fantastic. I used that on the orange pad.Polishing after that with the black foam pad using Maguire's Ultimate Polish (in a black bottle) with faster speed than the compound.This light is looking so amazing. Zero haze at all after polishing. I am very pleased with this kit.

Not terrible, but from having used it now I believe you’re better off just hand sanding. I did the first headlight with the kit using a drill and had “okay”results. Second headlight I used the kit but did all of it by hand and the results were much better. If I were to do it again I’d just go pick up the various sand paper grits I need at the hardware store and skip the kit.

Good value. I used this for my riding lawn mower lens insert. It was in pretty bad shape, nicks and gouges along with dulling and foggy.It didn't clean up the deep scratches and gouges but following the steps, it cleared the lens. Very happy with the product. Worked well on a 25 year old neglected and abused lens.

I end up doing everyone in the family's headlights. Instead of buying the kits (Sylvania is the best) which are awesome but add up, I bought this kit, a bottle of Meguiar clear coat for headlights and a bottle of Meguiar polishing compound. Work throught the various grits in ascending order (Coarse to fine) spraying lots of water on it as you go. Use the polishing pad and compound. wipe clean with isopropyl alcohol then spray two or three light coats of the special UV clear coat letting each coat dry a few minutes and you will have new car looking headlights. Tons of you tubes to help you.
