Epicure Goose Fat 320g

I wanted some really great roasted potatoes for Christmas and decided I needed to do something new--and using some real goose fat seemed like the answer. I went for Hasselback potatoes so I could brush the goose fat between the cuts. With some salt and black pepper, they turned out great. I'm glad I tried a new idea, and I will definitely order more from this seller in the future. Note to shoppers: I got my goose fat fairly quickly, but I understand that because it comes from across the Atlantic delays can happen, so order early.

Wish this fat was more available in the US. It makes the best roast potatoes and roast parsnips. Christmas dinner would not be the same with anything else.

Finally I found the goose fat again, especially in the winter time I use it, for soups, red cabbage, it brings the flavor out of the food.
