Thus far, seems like a good quality, budget laptop.
We will see if this changes with time, but as i see it right now, this is a good quality budget laptop with limitations of course, but for the price I got it for ($149.99 used) it is worth the price. It can run TF2 (haven't tried out a game yet but I don't doubt it will be fine) and it browses fine. The battery life seems substantial and agreeable for its purpose (mostly web based work like documents or browsing, stuff a student like myself needs) and it is not incredibly heavy. Overall good product, its price is fine for its quality.

Appliance, not a laptop UPDATED - dead battery = no boot! 9 days after Amazon return window closed
This thing is amazing. I have windows 11 and office on it and am using an sd card like a hard drive. It works great. I can even hook it to an external big screen and play video. But if you think you are getting a real laptop think again. I spent a day pushing the limits of this thing in terms of installing software and using it to perform tasks that are outside of its comfort zone. What i discovered is this thing is a phone with a big keyboard and slightly nicer screen. There are two usbc ports and that’s it. I tried connecting an external dvd drive to it and no dice. The limits of the device arrive very quickly and there really is not a whole lot to be done beyond what you can accomplish with a copy of office that runs pretty zippily and good network functionality. I can accomplish a lot, and just to give you an idea of how truly limited the device is, I spent a day trying to get the standalone version of Teams up and running and it was a no-go, web only interface. This is not a supercomputer, it’s a toaster with a keyboard. But it is light, capable, not horrible looking and the battery no bs lasts 12hrs before I have to plug it in. Everyone in the house scoffed at first but now we fight over it for studying and work. A true sub $300 score.UPDATE: nine (!) days out of the return window it died. The battery which was excellent to begin with will no longer charge. It is very important to note that when the battery dies, it no longer functions. You can’t plug it in and continue to use it. It is DEAD. So because it is 40 days since I bought it I have to return it to Samsung. So far the customer service has been responsive, the ups is prepaid by them BUT it’s a repair center which means I get some other poor soul’s refurbished junker in return, which honestly really annoys me because I paid for new and should get more than 40 days before I start down the refurb path but such are the perils of the save-O-lympics. Oh, and I don’t get my data back unless it is a superficial repair. So again, I came back to edit this because it is important to understand- if the battery goes bad the thing is DOA. Back up early and often, you don’t want to play technical chicken with your tax data or office documents. I still really like the thing, but this episode is no bueno for sure. I will update when I get the thing back.Update 2Well, they turned it around in a week and sent back the same one, with all my data still on it. So that’s good. Just remember to back up your data. No battery no run. Not a great experience but not the worst either.Update 3No further problems to report. Running strong still. I really like it, and it feels good using it, as long as I don’t get carried away and keep it in its comfort zone.

I’m 73 and learning new computers scares me but this is great
I asked for advice from my grandson because he works in tech and is getting his engineering degree at Purdue, he is also my go to transfer all my stuff and understands my specific needs which are very simple. I love the size, clarity, ease of use, light weight and it’s priced right. His list of reasons is different but I am happy with my Samsung Galaxy laptop.

Excellent purchase
I have had at least 10 laptops over the years. This one is simple and so easy to use. It is nearly weightless. Be warned about one point. There is no disc drive. However, for me is has all I need. Money well spent.

Just Ok laptop so far - UPDATE- DON'T BUY, LOOK AT MY LAST UPDATE
So overall the laptop is decent. It said it was brand new, but it wasn't. The mouse kept glitching. So much so that I had to buy a new mouse. I bought it for work, I haven't used it much. I bought a laptop directly from Samsung, but because it was a chrome book, I couldn't use it, i needed a windows one. Compared the two and the one i bought from Samsung was way more smooth. I would've bought a windows laptop from Samsung. But it was very expensive 😕After I use it for 30 days I'll update my reviewUpdate on 1/2/24:I'm trying to download an app and it's taking so long. The other Samsung laptop, the same app I am downloading, took less than 5 minutes to download. I reduced the star because of thisLast update- the computer did a windows update. It took 3 days 🙄, but afterwards, it never cut back on. I'm returning it Now! I wish I never bought it.
