No. These have the three wooden blocks inside. The jelly ones are California Scents Extreme.

Q: Where have people placed these products in their cars? I can't think of a discreet suitable place

I place mine in one of my cup holders, it fits perfectly, but you can place anywhere. Try the door pocket, or if you have a compartment under the dashboard.

Q: The description info says "not to be inhaled"...they are Air Fresheners for the car...what are you supposed to do...hold your breath??

You could hold your breath and would make for a very short car journey, but I think they mean don't hold it to your face and breathe in hard.
