FLIR TG275 Thermal Imaging Camera with Bullseye Laser: High Temp Infrared Camera for Automotive Diagnostics

I have tried the device after I got it and it's working very well. It starts in less than 20 seconds and has a small amount of ghosting when you move it around, which is normal. The display is great and the temperature measurement is pretty accurate, even when you measure human temperature and compare it to a normal thermometer. Taking photos is pretty easy with the push of the front button, turning the light or the laser on is very easy also. The device feels very durable and has nice carrying case that can be attached to a belt. The packaging is also very nice and protects the device very well during transport. Instructions are included, if someone needs them. Great thermal camera for cars or any other measurements you might want to take!

Here are some photos. I was working on a propane fueled truck and you can see the cold injectors on the engine, some were warm, not flowing. One photo is of a heat exchanger on an exhaust system. Checking the coolant temperatures. When an engine is running and air is flowing, it is kind of hard to focus on the injectors. I think the air flow messes with the camera some.

For the price point this is a great thermal imager with a good resolution for most applications. Home inspections, automotive diagnostics, electrical diagnostics and many other uses.

This is exactly what I needed. It gives an accurate read of the temp of nonspecular surfaces and a good image of relative temperature.
