When the 11 plants arrived, they all looked pretty good, some were dry which was to be expected. They all got a good long soak, but after a few days about half of them turned very brown/dull, brittle and started falling apart. I contacted the seller but all I got back was a blank email with an attachment on how to care for sick air plants. I had already done everything the information suggested, I have had air plants for many years. The handout even said "if they are brown, or fall apart, they have bit the dust." I tried everything to revive the 5 plants but so far have not had much success. The other plants in the shipment seem fine. I am disappointed that so many of the plants were sick, and that the seller did not seem interested in dealing with my concern. I would likely not order them again because of this experience.

I bought a smaller order from another seller but this order had some much larger plants in it than the previous one and a great variety types and colors! This made it much easier to group them for projects, I am having so much fun with my air plants! I've had them for over a month and they are very healthy and easy to care for so as you can see from the photos, I've been able to create some really cool gifts! They came well packaged and The plant food was in a plastic bottle so of course no broken glass ( I noticed someone in another review had complained of this). Highly recommend!

What beautiful plants- great quality and quick shipping. There are a wide assortment of plants provided in the 12 pcs lot A, and the large Lot B plant is just like the picture. I'm very impressed by the health and beauty of these specimens, and think these are a bargain compared to competitors. Here are some pics. Love these, and would not hesitate to purchase these Aura Collections Tillandsia again.

I have followed all the instructions, but from the moment I took them out of the box, 4 of them had soggy roots and were brown in color. I soaked them all like the directions said and a few of them got there healthy green color back, but the other ones stayed a brown color. They haven't fallen apart yet, but I don't think they will come back from this. If they do, I will up my review.UPDATE: I contacted the company and they asked me to send a picture of the dying plants. I did, and they asked if I would like a refund or new plants. I requested the refund and stated I would reorder during the spring so hopefully the plants would travel better. Customer service was amazing.

My plants arrived early and were ALL great quality and in good health. I got several different plants ranging in size from 1-5 inches. I was under the impression I was getting 12 plants rather than 11. I emailed the seller and immediately got a response clarifying the "12 piece" includes 11 plants and 1 fertilizer spray (which is exactly what I got) They even offered to send another plant which is SO KIND. I will definitely be ordering more in the very near future. Great product, great seller. I would have given them 20 stars if I could.

Half the plants needed significant trimming, and were absolutely smashed into the gift box (it was a REALLY nice gift box, except for the smashed and dried out plants). I contacted them, and their response was insulting. I sent them pictures along with what I considered a polite complaint, and was condescended to as though I don't know how to spot a smashed, dried out tillandsia. I will not be purchasing from them again. I purchased from competitors and Aura gave the worst product and customer service. Their watering instructions are guaranteed to kill your plants too. It's been several days of proper light and water, and the plants don't seem to be improving. Go elsewhere.

I read so many reviews on air plants... decided to just go for it... I love them! I just got them today and they are all great! I think one of them has a bud (about to flower)... I rcvd all 12 from large to small. I built a hanging glass terrarium for them to live in and be by a window. I rcvd a little newsletter on how to take care of them... hopefully it’s as easy as it sounds. The glass terrariums are 6 inch. I doubled most of them up but will have to find another home for some are nice and big! Very interesting collection!

Update: I had more than half of them die and more that are close to dying! There was no improvements after receiving them! I so wish they would’ve been healthy when I got them! They would’ve made nice air plants to have! Don’t order these! I wish I didn’t! I had ordered from another seller before buying these and them air plants were beautiful and healthy! Completely opposite of these! I’ve had my other ones for almost a month and they are still in perfect shape!... These just got delivered and I really hope they perk up!! About half look dead and almost dead! My kids were so excited over these because they bought them! I was very disappointed myself! I ordered Air Plants from a different seller a week before Christmas and they were beautiful! I went with these for verity! Not the best decision! I will see what happens and pray they perk up after I give them care from shipping!

Got 3 shipments from these lovely gals. and they know what they're doing. Hardly ever do you here of ANY company actually requesting you contact them about what you received and if you're happy. I'm HAPPY , once again i'm a botany nut and am fastidious about my plants, and i can say you will be happy with what these gals do, and if your not, THEY WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY. All plants were in great health, all were different ,all were quite congruent as well which shows that they actually pick out the good looking ones as well, because as we tillandsia nuts know a congruent tillandsia is hard find, these things are wild looking at the best of times. Great work gals of Aura Creations.
