Do not buy safal product. NO NO NO
Wrost frozen Jackfruit I have ever buy it. From now onwards I will not buy SAFAL PRODUCT they sell very old stuff. It seems you are eating chemical + curry. There is no taste. Too bad experience with it.Don't but it to avoid losing temper.Save Your time, money, spices, enery, gas etc...

They have been in consistent. Some times the packs have the chunks which a closer to the Skin of the vegetable and not the juicy parts close to the pits.

Best quality
I have been using this brand for more than a year now and am very happy with the product. You have to keep in pressure cooker , after 1 whistle keep in SIM for 15 to 18 minutes. It turns buttery soft. You can shred the cooked jackfruit for stir fry or use as a whole for making kathal biriyani. Raw jackfruit does have a slight bitter taste which you have to balance out during cooking. I have not received one bad pack so far and this is by far the tenderest frozen jackfruit in the market.
