Popped my SIM card in & phone would not automatically update. At first I thought I was going to have to call Verizon but I didn't even have a way to get to the IMEI# so instead of trying to use the cellular data I went ahead & selected set up using WiFi which solved the problem. The set up took at least 2 hours or more because of all the system updates which I believe was 3 or more due to the age of the phone. Be patient and the outcome is worth it. This is a great product for being renewed. So far battery drainage seems decent & normal. No complaints I would recommend & buy again. This is my 2nd refurbished phone & would do again if necessary.

I purchased this phone because it was a Verizon locked phone..... My carrier. When it arrived I powered it up and it became apparent that this was an AT&t phone by the AT&t logo on the startup screen.

I’m generally not a user of Samsung or android products. I have a blood sugar device from Dario that I bought on here that refuses to work with my iPhone 15 now that I’ve upgraded. I looked at buying a new device or simply finding a cheaper android device that was Updated enough to continue using my blood sugar measuring device from Dario. This worked.

The phone arrived in 3 days! Opening it I doubt it had ever been used before! Since I was replacing the same exact phone I already had the operation was already familiar to me. I did find during my trip to Florida and cruise to Bahamas that it is not advised to go swimming with your oone in your bathing suit pocket!. My disappointment was that when I went to grab another one to keep as a backup the price had risen $40. After seeing the quality of the phone, the awesome price and the lightning fast shipping it made perfect sense to grab another incase I tried another stupid deep water adventure... and I hadnt even been imbibing!Thanks for the great deal even if I cant get another deal like it,

The phone functions and works but it won't charge past 85%, time you remove the charger it drops to 70%, it has to sit a certain way on the table with the charger at an angle for it to even charge and the battery doesn't last at all. A little disappointed with this but it'll do for now.

The cellphone was exactly as described. In brand new condition basically. Took it out of the box and set it right up...great packaging. Charger included. Would definitely purchase from this seller again!

Good phone works fairly well. Glass very easy to crack needs screen protector. Keeps charge for decent amount of time, speaker had to use sound booster but that could be just me. Good phone would recommend to my friends.
