Emily Lau and the Plum Blossom Sword (The Plum Blossom Saga)

Imagine my consternation, falling in love with an amazing story, coming to the end of it, and realizing that it's not just the amazing story I just read. In addition to that, it has revealed and hinted at even more exciting, larger stories to come and not being able to see those new stories until the books come out. I am both elated and furious.This story was more emotional, nostalgic, and thought provoking than I expected from a fantasy/adventure of its size. It also gave me the chance to humor some of the facets of Asian culture that I so often pushed to the side as an Asian American. It's a great book please do read it and help me hurry the author along for the next few.

As a 63 year old grandmother of 4 I loved the book.I have two grandsons, 7 and 11, who love the Harry Potter and Percey Jackson books and I think they will love this book too!

Timothy Stone manages to skillfully blend Asian-inspired fantasy into a suburban Orange County backdrop.I look forward to more books from Timothy Stone.

What an amazing story. This book change my life and my expectations for all future books to come. Bravo to the author Timothy Stone.

I was only reading the book because I know his family. What a surprise. I really, really liked it.The saddest part of the book was it ending. I wanted to keep reading about the adventures of Emily Lau. I assume Mr stone will write a following novel. I just hope it is as good as his first book!Yes, I will buy it.

An amazing fast paced book full of action. The characters are lovable and the plot is tense and gripping. It has magic, monsters and well written action scenes, what's not to love? I highly recommend this book to those who love YA Fantasy full of plot twists and action.
