I used to work at an olive oil shop so I like to think I know a little bit about olive oil. ive been searching for one I can get easily that has a complex flavor. im not a fan of using olive oil for cooking so im not looking to get a buttery/picual type olive oil. I wanted one not too bitter with a slight lemony/pepper aftertaste. this olive oil is the only one id put right on ice cream and I dont even need balsamic when dipping with bread.BUY IT

Perfect for salads or dipping bread. Has a hint of pepper flavor. This is my favorite olive oil brand.

EVOO has a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. This was two years old when I received it. It was rancid. DO NOT ORDER.

As someone who appreciates really good olive oil, I found this one to be quite good. The olive flavor is quite forward on this and it has a mild peppery finish. With the mild peppery finish it is slight enough that my kids who usually can't handle the really peppery olive oils were fine with this one. It isn't nearly as floral as I like my olive oil, however, and while it has the olive flavor it lacks some of the more delicate flavors that I enjoy. I usually consume 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil everyday for my general health. Gaea EVOO is a great tasting product. It’s packaged perfectly and I love the little pour spout they use! 5 Stars to Gaea EVOO!

I got it and it's great and have not seen this type in a very long time.

I use this organic oil on salads and drizzled on meals. My husband likes it too.

Love this olive oil but received it or it was stored too hot. Oil was no good when received.
