I purchased the arm sleeve to support recovery from a triceps tear. My upper body is at most average. I don't have much fat on my arms. Based on measurements I ordered a medium. WAY too small. I returned it and ordered a large. It's still tight but works. The company either needs to re-size this product or create one or two more sizes for larger arms. As to its healing properties, I do find the sleeve seems to help with discomfort and limitations caused by the injury.

Runs smaller than recommended measurements. My bicep measured is 13 inches and the S/M size cut into my upper arm. I’m exchanging for a L. Otherwise I like the sleeve as compared to other pull on braces.
