Waited ~30 days to write a review to really evaluate product's effectiveness. I take it every morning when I wake up (as per the directions) and then have a cup of coffee or two before working out, but no food so workout is in fasted state. Typically I do cardio, HIIT cardio, and/or body-weight workouts in the morning (30-45 minutes). I will say about a month into using the product, my body comp has changed. Weight is down slightly but body measurements (chest, waist) are all down inches. I also do Crossfit or lifting in the afternoon and use BPI Best BCAA before those workouts. I continue to watch what I eat (no strict diet, just across the board moderation, with primary target being protein grams equaling lean mass) and truly believe this product is helping me maintain/grow muscle as I lose body fat as I can see in my body composition (weight loss is not a target, strength and fitness growth with better body comp is target). I enjoy the Fruit Punch flavor, albeit it is slightly sweet. Only recommendation (if BPI ever reads this) find a way to remove fake sweeteners and/or additives.

One of my favorite products. The flavor is really good. It does taste like watermelon. It's perfect for my taste. Not too sweet. I like to get it ready and put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes before my workout . It's kind of slushie by the time I drink it. I love it. Does it work for me? Yes, it totally helps me to recover faster after intense workouts. I don't feel as sore as I used to. I bought this one because I ran out of the BPI Best amino (that's my #1) and I liked it.

Love this supplement, combine BCAA with Thermogenics and you have a great tasting weight loss drink that keeps your appetite in check. I take a scoop with my pre workout (important if you workout fasted) and I take two scoops in 40 oz of water to work, sipping at this through the day does wonders for controlling cravings.

Took it for the first time this morning. First impression, as many reviewers have noticed, is that the product tastes great! I ordered the watermelon ice. I noticed a little kick of energy within 5-10 minutes after taking it. My workout seemed slightly better this morning. I was able to get an extra pump or two during my normal routine. As this was the first time I took the supplement, it's hard to tell whether it's a placebo or whether the increase can be attributed to the supplement. I'm interested in seeing if my soreness is down in the morning. What sold me on the product is that is labeled as "shredded". I want to gain some more definition and muscle mass. Currently I'm taking the creatine and whey protein supplements from BPI along with this product. I also take a liquid B12 supplement as a "pre-workout". I will update the review when my first tub is empty and reorder if I'm seeing noticeable results.

This product has amazeing flavor. I take it at night 30 min after a work out. Some times i just have a serving as a desert. I have also noticed my recovery time is greatly reduced after consecutive days of hard training. This is my third purchase. I plan to stick with bpi, its as good a product as any suppliment out there.

Great taste and very easy to mix. This product gave me a natural boost pre workout!

I'll be honest and say that for the longest time I used nothing but BPI products; protein, aminos, preworkout, pills, etc. etc. Eventually I switched to a vegan protein and got tired of paying $50 for preworkout but I continued to use their aminos. I really do feel like this helped me lose the bodyfat I wanted to lose during my cutting period, and from my understanding that's from the L-carnitine, which, if understand correctly, helps your body transport fat cells as fuel once you have exhausted your main source: carbs. So taking this first thing in the morning, which was also 30-45 minutes before my workout, helped a lot. I went from 15%BF down to 10%BF in roughly 6 weeks. Granted, I was also heavily watching was I was eating but, hey, it all helps. the only reason i gave this 3 stars was for all the other items in the ingredients list, which they so carefully hide from view in the pictures. More specifically, the ingredient I didn't like was maltodextrin. I did 10 years in the army and every single MRE contains this, and if i know the Army like I think I do, then I really don't want to consume anything with this ingredient.

This bcaa powder is the best and always consistent. It does have the heat element in it and when you drink it you can tell, but it’s not an awful taste at all, and I’m pretty sensitive when it comes to weird aftertastes. I just drink mine cold to make it even more refreshing! Highly recommend!

Just got the product today. I trust that the BCAA and the L Carnintine content is correct ..... I must say that this is the best tasting bcaa I've got. I've tried so many brands and they are really sweet and a very strong chemical taste. This tastes good and not too sweet. I also like that it combines 2 compounds. Saves me money buying l carnitine seperatedly. The concentration is also surprisingly high
