I had a deep pain in my shoulder, arm, and wrist from slipping and falling on icy concrete steps. After many sleepless nights of pain- I ordered this gel and the relief was not instant but gradually over a couple days the deep pain went away. This used to be a great product but my last 3 orders (in a row) have been different (w/in the past 6 months). 1st I got one without a cap but sealed in the box. Then I got one that smelled like chemicals; and just recently I got another one that was watery - and with a much less cooling action to it, stickier and different consistency in general. I am getting very disappointed in this brand and am being forced to switch to another manufacturer.

Don’t buy this. I bought it in Sep 2024, I didn’t realize it would expire in Feb 2025. I wanted to use it 1st time and throw it away now. Waste of money
