For palliative support
First, to address sizing, a lot of people report too large or too small per the sizing chart - everybody has different leg shapes, so, my experience is thusly: My thigh measurement 4" up is 20", calf measurement 4" down is 18" and the smallest knee circumference just below the patella is 15" (height 77", weight 255), Borderline Large/Extra large - but height/wt. is above chart range, my issue is a stretched MCL, so I opted for the X-Large.I wear it continuously for a couple days, take it off for a day. So far I find it palliative - it minimizes/eliminates the soreness of the MCL while I'm wearing it, but the soreness begins to return after not wearing it for a few hours, so it's not been therapeutic (so far).. mcl's, like most ligaments, so not get much blood flow, so it can take months (or longer) to "repair", and I've only been using JVHW Copper Knee Brace for a week (2-days on, 1 day off). Time will tellhow therapeutic is is or isn't. What it is for sure is reduction of pain/soreness to barely noticeable.I don't put much stock in the "copper" benefit, I'm pretty much ambivalent about that - it's got copper-colored thread, which may or may not be copper and probably works no better or worse than if it were silver or "coal" colored. whatever. If fits snug at calf and thigh, wish it were contoured narrower at the knee for a little more ligament compression/support. It will bunch up behind the knee and the top and bottom will migrate toward the knee over time, but I only have to adjust it a couple-three times a day, which is no big deal. Generally it's comfortable, in addition to providing pain relief.I've had no skin reactions to the materials in it as yet, no indication that I might, so overall, it's well worth the money. And since I have only one knee needing relief (I blew the other one up 35 years ago and have a full-blown cu$$tom medical brace for that one if needed), it's nice that this comes with two braces, so I have a backup! For $10, what's not to like? Now, if you've got missing or significant meniscus damage, or a torn ACL (as I do on "the other leg") , you need mechanical support and this isn't going to help you much but for LCL, MCL, PCL issues (strains or tears not severe enough for surgery), it can provide some palliative compression relief, maybe even therapeutic value over time...

Surprisingly good product
Bought it, didn’t expect much, had good reviews. It works quite well. I’ve played sports my whole life so my right knee is shot n usually hurts within 10-15 minutes of running on a treadmill so I usually walk for cardio. I put this brace on my knee I can run 30-40 minutes no problem, no pain. I would recommend for sure. I don’t write reviews this is like my 2nd or 3rd review ever if that says anything. Pleasantly surprised

Knee Pads
The knee pads work find. They are comfortable and can wear them all day. They are easy to clean and have not lost their support yet.

XL if you have No muscle dont buy
I can only attest to extra large. I don't have muscle in my legs and this is the correct size for me. But because I do not have muscle in my legs, it digs into the Flesh and rolls down. So the rubber on the top portion to keep it in place doesn't have any effect if you're not sturdy it just rolls right down. if you're an extra large person with flabby legs don't buy this product.
