40HZ Gamma Light Therapy Kit

Item working well, noticing improvement, slowly.

Whether it's working or not I don't know, I am not having my brain studied. But after listening to the piece on NPR and doing a little more digging into the researchers work online I figure if there's a chance it's working, it's worth doing. I listen to a 40hz sound therapy recording simultaneously and the resulting effect for me feels like a brain massage. I find it relaxing. Photo is the light string as it is shipped. As suggested I did not unwind it I just slip the ring over a skinny bud vase and set it on the table within arms length in peripheral vision as recommended, while I stretch or just try to sit still for an hour and relax with the computer and TV off which in itself is a worthwhile pursuit. The photo is not a video so obviously cannot and does not show the flickering of the lights but mine do indeed flicker. The flicker is very fast and nearly imperceptible in fact unless you are looking not directly at the lights but allow them to be in your peripheral vision. In fact if you look directly at the lights they do not appear to be flickering and it is only when you look away that you see they are. So don't stare at them.

We have a senior Boston Terrior that is around 13 years old and the effects of time are starting to set in he has some mild canine dementia that makes him confused easily and he has lost interest in a lot of his old favorite things. Since trying these lights about 60 minutes a day for 2 weeks we have seen a genuine improvement he is much more responsive and has gone back to scratching at the door to play outside and shows interest in interacting with our other animals again which he had began to avoid. Im typically not sold on "witchy" cures but with the backing of the MIT study and real life improvements on my ol buddy Id pay double for this even knowing how simple and cheap its made.

Effective therapy for sleep.

There very idea that someone who has made great achievements in his life could lose the memory and consciousness of things achieved early in life is just one of nature's most cruel jokes. So I've decided to take my stand.While it seems the research on these flicking 40HZ Gamma Light halted to a standstill, I have not seen anything that contradicts its findings.So aside from running 2 miles a day and doing intermittent fasting, I'm now going to stick this lap in my fact each day, although I have decided for how long.My first impressions:(+) 40HZ is not very annoying and doesn't give headaches. I leave it while I'm going about more work.(+) While I notice that it seems a bit rough along the edges, I commend the developers for keeping this project alive.(+) As for efficacy, obviously, this is not going to be an overnight thing. So I will come back in a month or so to give you guys an update.
