Having had a really thick topped or before I was not impressed when I first got this as it's pretty thin by but feel good quality and well made.How ever old one was done so figured I'd give it a try anyway. Best night sleep IV had I'm a long time finally woke up without back pain. So glad I didn't spend £100 odd on a thicker one because this is so comfy! Plus my mattress cover still fits on properly and thus one doesn't slide around as it's fitted.

Brilliant so bought another for my sister! Very comfy plus it's fitted like a fitted sheet which is fabulous doesn't move around like the others with awful corner straps that come off, just love it & affordable pricing too! Many thanks Amazon.

Good product. Very comfortable. Not a thick as I thought it would be. Helps relieve the pain in my hips and back. I manage to get a good night's sleep now. Good value for money. Very warm, good for winter.

I love it's appearance, this mattress topper was a surprise. I wasn't expecting too much from it but it's very comfortable, doesn't have any smell, offers support where needed, it's easy to put in the wash. I recommend this mattress topper. I like the dark grey colour as well.

After reading loads of the reviews I was a little disappointed I was expecting more.i have normal double bed and it fits just fine exactly the same size as top of the mattress with curtains that tuck under .I left it for 3 full days to “ get its shape back “ it’s 3 cm nothing more maybe bit less .There is a weight to it .I was expecting to have wonderful sleep like fluffy clouds but if I’m honest wasn’t much different to just the mattress.Certainly no cooler !!!Yes there is a “ squidge “ as the foam / gel moves under you and yes it is comfortable and soft .There was a very slight chemical odour when I first opened the bag but that went by time I put it on the bed .It feels more like a posh mattress protector than topperI am happy with it I will keep it it was reasonable for the priceWould I buy it again.. noIt’s value and comfort are well matched:)Overall 7/10

We bought this to go on our month old Otty mattress. We love the new mattress as it was really supportive but just needed a little something extra to add the pillow/cloud effect that we missed from our old mattress. This topper has ben fantastic and gave us the extra level of comfort we needed. I unboxed it and left it to expand for 24 hours and the fit it on our super king size mattress. The fit was perfect and the skirt holds it in place really well and was more than deep enough. I can highly recommend this topper not just to refresh old mattresses (as per some reviews) but also to add a little extra comfort and luxury to a new mattress like ours.

This doesn’t seem very thick when you first open it but let it do it thing in 24/48 hours and it’s fluffs up lovely!!! Tried it last night and it’s literally like I’ve changed my mattress! Feels like I’m sleeping on a big soft fluffy cloud!! Love it!

Not memory foam, or gel. Just foam. It's very comfortable and well made all the same. I get great sleep on it, so it does its job.It's very difficult to wash though, because it's so bulky. It's basically a giant sponge that the instructions say to wash on gentle, which means low spin. This means it comes out holding more water than it would on a normal cycle.I have the single version, and it just about fits in my XXL (10kg) washing machine, and doesn't fit in my tumble dryer. It can be squeezed into the dryer, but it won't tumble because it's jammed in so tight. So it won't dry in the dryer. I tried.The only way you can wash and dry it in one day is if you can hang it outside in the sun and wind, which isn't really possible in winter. So if you do want to wash this during winter, you have to just do without it for one or two nights while it dries, or wait for a windy day and use lots of pegs (it's heavy). I'm not even sure it would be possible to wash the double version. I can't see how it could be done. You'd probably have to take it to a launderette.
