Front plate fallen off
Used ASAP on arrival. Not withstanding of constant use. Fell on floor and front plate broken off. Poor quality

The clip isn't very strong and keeps falling off my uniform other than that it's not a bad product, maybe better to clip on to a belt

Both broke within 2 weeks of use..
The metal retracting wire broke off from the keychain as it was only tied in a single knot. Trying to rewind the mechanism and fix yourself is near impossible and ended up throwing them away.
