just buy the large size if you have normal man hands. if you have muscular or extra thick fingers then obviously size up. try large as men and medium as women for average people. if you have small or larger hands then there is sizing on this page why am I recommending this. well its got flex. and its quality . there is a version where you get 12 gloves for half this price and that would seem like a good deal. well its not .. those are plasticky and not quality. same company just different use scenario. if you are going to handle blades then this same version comes in cut proof type and that is also similar to this thing. the impact proof or oil proof are different and they will be thicker and your hands will sweat. this isn't oil or cut resistant. however for normal harsh use its one of the best . one of the best is the key word here as there are others out there. however how many can you try to actually find the best. its not possible so just stick with this spandex blend thing. if you wear it in the morning and have to drive your car around as well then this is it. however it will eventually sand blast your steering wheel so better have some steering wheel cover on and gear change cover as well. it will not help much in cold however some protection is better then non and as its sort of sandpaper like grip so its quiet good at reducing finger fatigue. side hint. always use silicone mobile case cover to avoid finger fatigue with naked hands as well. you will thank me later. I dont garden however I think it will have good use there . 12 pairs should last you a very long while so £33 ish isn't that much for reusable gloves.

brilliant Gloves, after wasting so much money on disposable " Strong " rubbish that kept on tearing and ripping i said i would give these a try....glad i did!! I do car valeting and these are the biz, they are water proof on the front and textured so very grippy and they are breathable on the rear but strong enough to give the old knuckles a bit of protection plus it means no sweaty hands, they are also a very tight fit so you can have full use of your nimble fingers, they are kind of like a tough second skin, one pair lasts me a few weeks, i suppose it depends on the work you are doing...perfect score from me! I bought the large size i have average hands, nice tight fit

These gloves are thick and made of a good quality. They fit comfortably on your hands (I have a XS size). I work in a supermarket and they are amazing for working on stock.

I'm a female in the trade industry and I always struggle to find a pair of gloves that fit right for my tasks. These are perfect for what I need..the sizing is great for my smaller hands as I find most trade gloves too loose for fine work and I have to take them off to complete certain tasks usually. These have an added bonus of a good grip which is useful to me as certain tasks I struggle with such as using gland pliers, I will certainly be purchasing more of these
