Love this recliner!
This recliner was purchased for a relative. It arrived actually a day earlier than promised. It arrived in three boxes. Read the instructions before assembly. It is fairly easy to assemble and no tools are needed for the assembly. It took two of us to put it together because the parts had to slide in just right into the slots. The relative it was purchased for loves it and said it is quite comfortable and the faux leather looked like real leather. The lift is needed because of mobility issues and works as intended. I was surprised at how sturdy the recliner is. Initially, after the recliner was assembled, I thought I had ordered the one with the cup holders, but I didn't order the model with the cup holders. It's okay because I thought the price was right and had free shipping. Hope it lasts because my relative is really enjoying the recliner.

Living room chair
Looks good, comfortable but do not push to hard on the chairs arm rest. Metal sleeves that hold the arms in place is a soft metal and bent fairly easy. I found out the hard way. I leaned over the left arm and the metal bent and let go. I was able to bend it back in place with a hammer. Easily! Otherwise it's very comfortable and works well. Electric motor. I like it a lot anyway. The heat and vibration message is good. Worth buying. Big and looks good. Good price also..other chairs cost double the price.

Broke in half after two months.
It was great, you know you would hope it would be for the price. It even lasted a whole month! Not two though, that's apparently not part of the deal. The back snapped right off of it when my 10 pound cat jumped on it. It shouldn't have surprised me the way it creaked and groaned every time you pressed the buttons to recline it, whether anyone was in it or not. I had a $75 recliner I bought from this website that lasted 3 years, just thought I would throw that in. Comfortable? Sure, quality is super low. I didn't even mention that when I first got it one of the side's railings to attach it to the chair was super malformed and bent to the point I had to bend it in place myself with a screwdriver and hammer.

Really nice
My 80 year old father is very happy with this chair. Says he loves the material, the support, and the heating feature. I also noticed it lifts him all the way up to almost a full standing position. He has neuropathy in his feet and COPD so closing the foot rest and getting up out of his old rocker/recliner had become difficult for him. Seems to be really good quality and it was pretty easy to assemble. Great price too! Highly recommend 👌

Great Product So Far
Easy assembly, but be advised that the bottom section/box is HEAVY. Took more time to unpack than it did to actually assemble. No tools necessary. For people saying the arms were very sturdy, they probably missed one of the slides. It took me a few times to get one of them lined up correctly, but once I did, they were very sturdy. Just a note, I am a 45 year old female, and I was able to assemble it by myself. My husband, who is 6'3" and has a bad back (multiple surgeries) said the chair was very comfortable for him. The back height is a little short when sitting up, but it is fine with he reclines. His feet do hang off the end of the recliner portion, but he said it was not uncomfortable at all. He loves the chair, and says it is more comfortable than the oversized pricier one we replaced (which didn't have a lift feature). Highly recommend.

Love hate relationship
First want to start off by saying assembly was a pretty easy, It comes in three boxes and took me about a half hour to build. With that being said, the chair, The heating and the massage functions are amazing. I use them every morning, and the back is super comfortable.. now the bad, the lift and motor function stop working after a month so I can't recline on the chair anymore, the padding on the seat area is not that great. In fact, you can feel the metal bar right where your knees would bend down, and It can get uncomfortable after very long sits.. The chair is also low to the ground so it can be hard getting up sometimes.. this chair is not horrible but you could probably find better

So happy I bought this
When I ordered, the chair had a delivery date two weeks out. It came in four days! It was easy to get in the door because it came in three boxes. The arms were a little difficult to slide on because the chair is poofy and you can't easily see the rails but otherwise, easy job for two people. Although the chair looks poofy, it is very firm and comfortable. And it's incredibly quiet. The lift brings you to an almost vertical position which is easy to move from. The faux leather is soft and quite lovely. Very happy with the purchase. Most lift chairs that could accommodate a higher weight were far more expensive.
