- HOW TO INSTALL: 1. Before installation, please remove the protective clip from the bottom of the cartridges. 2. Once the clip removed, please check to see if there is a protective film over the cartridges head, usually it is a small strip of blue plastic, please remove it from the print head gently. 3. Insert the cartridges as normal. Please refer to the instructions received with your printer for further information regarding the changing of the cartridges. 4. NOTE: Upon installation, a warning may appear to inform you that the cartridge is damaged or not recognized, this is caused by a communication error between the cartridge and the printer. If this occurred, please follow these steps to remedy the issue: 1). Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. 2). Remove the cartridges from your printer and gently clean the copper plate and let it dry. 3). When the chip is completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer. After these procedures, if you still have any problem, please contact our Customer Service.
