Fits nice! Super sturdy and you don’t have to deal with peak designs ship times. Just make sure you’re buying the right attachment! I had purchased the wrong one at first but this one is SUPER DUPER NICE

The screw anchor really works. It's a brilliant idea. If the camera is turned a little, other base plates tend to come loose from the camera unless they are very tight. This should solve that problem. Even if the lens loosens, the screw should stay tight.The square shape also gives it another advantage. Some tripod mounts and gimbals require base plates mounted in different directions. Some are transverse, while others are at a right angle to that. This base plate is square so it can be mounted on either type interchangeably.There are two caveats. I tried this at home, but I was so eager to review this that I haven't tried it in the field yet. Like all small quick release plates, it lacks the two screws that serve as safety stops. I've never felt that I needed that feature, but just in case, there is a provision for a lanyard.This works well with my small Canon M6 II camera. Other base plates have the problem that they interfere with the battery door and maybe the EF-M adapter tripod foot. This is small enough to avoid both problems. I believe it should also work well with a large camera, but I don't have one to test it with.Canon M cameras also have a problem with a base plate that can crack if the quick release plate is mounted too tight. But if it's not mounted very tightly, the mount can come loose from the camera and has to be periodically retightened. Hopefully this base plate will avoid that problem.It's also small and light, which is a plus. I think it should be all right with a heavy lens, although I haven't tried it yet.

I'm staying brand loyal to this. The QR plate and the base (sold separately) are very well constructed. It goes in and out one way. My own anxiety makes me this that it may fall, but once I snap it in to play on my tripod and use a decent amount of force to mimic a gust of wind this thing still stays in place. I feel like if it ever falls in the future it may be my own user error. I always though Arca swiss was so convenient to use because with just a turn of a knob you can take your gear and place it on most Arca compatible tripods. This makes everything even easier. No more turning knobs. Snap this thing into place and you are set. Get several bases and get even more of these adapters and you are set. Enjoy.

If you have multiple cameras and mount lenses these kits are a game changer.

I'm really enjoying this product... Well built and great price compared to its competitor. My only issue is the coating get scratches very easy... Doesn't affect it's preformace but just something to note.

Se avete già una quick release PGYTECH questa piastrina è l'ideale, fate solo attenzione a non prenderla per un altro sistema (per esempio le misure non vanno bene per la Peak Design) o comunque di accertarvi che sia compatibile.

Acheté pour remplacé l'original perdu.Une étoile en moins (j'aurais retiré une et demi mais c'est pas possible) pour deux inconvénients sur ce produit :- Son prix (15 Euros pour une petite pièce comme ça !)- L'obligation d'avoir une clef Allen à portée de main pour l'installer ou le retirer. C'était tellement pratique la vis standard qu'on serrait avec une pièce !Sinon, c'est du costaud. Pas de pb à priori côté fiabilité.
