The adhesive usually falls off really easy either with warm running water or you can also remove them with acetone nail polish remover :)

These are for regular size fingers. However, I have been able to trip the tabs to fit the nail better. You might try that or see if you can find tabs for small fingers. I have seen them for short nails so maybe they would work better for you.

Q: Does it damage your nail beds?

NO IT DOES NOT INJURE THE NAIL BEDS IN ANY WAY. I only use my tabs on nails that have broken for 3 or 4 days and then leave them off for about 24 hours so my nails can breath. I do this until the problem nail is back to normal and matches the other nails. I don't use the tabs to anchor a full set of nails but I'm sure they would work if you are careful not to be rough with them. However I have reported before that the Nailene Tabs worked and lasted better for me. In any case with either brand THEY DID NOT INJURE MY NAIL BEDS.
