As the sun rose and the first rays of scattered light impacted the parched earth the silhouette of a traveler was seen by the masses. Young and old alike were envious of the strangers' intrepid gate. As a crowd formed to witness the way the newcomer carried himself, all could only wonder where he got the energy to sustain his miraculous cadence. After what seemed like several uphill marathons the stranger stopped at a roadside well for hydration. A mound of earth made for a fitting place to sit as he drank cool refreshing life giving water. I was perplexed as all of the crowd was, to where his almost magical source of energy came. Was he a demigod, was he of the undead, had he taken a little blue pill? As daylight was waning, the stranger laid back using the earth mound to support his back, he slowly used his feet to remove his tattered footwear. It was then, as there was just enough light remaining, that all realized what propelled the stranger. His feet were encased in Kirkland signature merino wool socks. Cheering broke out with the crowd to know the source of the strangers almost perpetual intrepid gate. People quickly dispersed, returning to their abodes so they too could procure Kirkland signature merino wool socks from Amazon. The tale you just read is fictional. My experience with Kirkland signature wool socks has been great. The socks are not the thick wool socks that are prevalent on Amazon. These socks are thinner with very good elasticity. They are not “dress sock” thin but not “gym sock” thick, basically a goldilocks thickness. I bought a 4 pair pack for about $21. These have become my goto socks. I find these socks to be incredibly durable. I wash them inside out per the instructions and let them air dry. The reason for air drying is I was concerned about shrinking but I have accidentally put a few through the dryer with no noticeable shrinking. The socks are noticeably comfortable during daily wear. I feel that they breathe well and do not overheat your feet. These are worn year round. My only complaint is they could be a tad bit longer. I wear a size 13 shoe and would like them to sit a bit higher on my calf.

Great product and value. It’s a bit ridiculous I can get these cheaper on Amazon than Costco, due to shipping cost. Buying my second set because spouse took most of my old ones. They’ve been durable, warm, and comfortable. Easy to wash.

Great socks for a great price! Highly recommend. They aren’t scratchy or anything, they’re warm but not too much, they’re just about perfect in general. They are fairly large and thick compared to some more expensive alternatives.

Great socks, holding up very well. Only complaint is that I ordered 2 4 packs of black, but I recieved 6 pair black, and 2 pair Grey. 1 pair grey per 4 pk? Dunno why, but i did. Wife didn't want me to say anything but I couldn't let it go, I paid for black, I should get black socks. Right?

This is my first experience with wool socks and I must say these are awesome. They're a good bit thicker than my Hanes x-temp socks, but my shoes fit just the same. They're also softer and much more comfortable to wear. The color and pattern that they come in is definitely a bit different than what I'm used to, but I don't mind it as they're just socks anyways. The best part of these socks, however, has to be temperature and moisture regulation. These socks are way more breathable than my cotton socks. I was used to coming home from anywhere with sweaty feet regardless of my activity. With these socks, though, my feet are never sweaty. Even while working up a sweat and wearing some leather boots, my feet are the only part of me that's dry, which is insane. The merino wool really does a great job at moisture wicking and keeping my feet cool when its hot and warm when it's cold. I especially like these because of the value, as a single pair of the highly recommended Darn Tough socks will run you about $25, while Kirkland sells 4 pairs for under $20, and they're still so good. If these are this good, I seriously wonder how much better Darn Tough socks are. Darn Tough socks also do come with a lifetime warranty, so they can also be good value, but I think these Kirkland socks could last a lifetime as well if taken care of properly. Overall, I deeply recommend these to anyone and everyone, as all I want to do after buying my first set is to buy more. If anything I would also want to try a pair of Darn Tough socks to do a comparison, but as it is, these are so, so good.

Very warm, love them. Breath very well soft, stay warm even when wet. Not like traditional wool. High wool blend. Price was high compared to Costco.

They're thick, comfortable and warm winter socks.

Socks seem nice. Haven’t worn them yet. The top part of one of the pairs has a large thread already coming off and the outside wool is loose. These were clearly visible like this packaged. See attached photos. But they’ll be under shoes and pants so we’ll see how long this one pair out of four holds up. The other three seem fine.

These are excellent socks, well worth the price. Only downside is that they are a bit tight around the calfs but no other downsides. Super comfortable and a good amount of merino wool which means they're great in all seasons. These socks stop my foot odour and are comfortable and thick for when I'm out walking. Would definitely recommend

J'adore ces bas, c'est la deuxième fois que je les commande. Ils sont comfortables et durables. Je vais certainement commander de nouveau lorsque ceux-ci seront trop usés.

i love merino wool, ill never not wear it again... i wish i found it sooner in life.they are only 70% or something like that but they are fantastic everyday warm socks,i would stay with 100 % merino for ice fishing or hunting but otherwise these are great.
