Moptrek s Green Chile Stew

For one thing, this arrived on time. Secondly, it was intact. Thirdly, this stuff is DELICIOUS. My grandma has been using this mix as long as I can remember as a base for her green chile stew and when she went to get it from the store and wasn’t able she initially freaked out, and then squealed for joy when I told her I found it on amazon. This is so good and can stand alone or as just a base. It’s spicy, but probably mild on the chile scale. If you love spice and love green chile you’ll love this!

Green chili stew is a NM favorite and this is the quick version….very good flavor. Add cubed white meat chicken and you have a meal!

Delicious and convenient! My family loves this stew! Recommend making it with UNSALTED chicken broth instead of water, for richer flavor (although still very good with just water). Adding pre-cooked chicken or pork is a definite plus!

I bought some of this while in NM on vacation. This is a larger container but its fabulous! Great to have if you are a prepper too. Powdered soup with real flavor!!

This is not a bad product at all, if you don't have time to make green chili stew from scratch. It made up into a nice thick stew that could be frozen into individual servings with no loss of flavor.I simmered chicken thighs with onion, celery, and carrot, shredded the meat off the bone to add to the mix, and used the strained stock as well, to make the stew. I tweaked it a bit with Hatch chilis, and added a bit more spice (don't add any extra salt - it has enough!) - it made a nice, savory, and hardy meal, topped with cheese and served with sourdough. Definitely buying this again

An excellent stew mix. We grew to like green chili stew in New Mexico and this mix allows us to make it easily at home. Add diced green chillies to spice it up to your taste.

This is excellent. I purchased while visiting in NM and loved it. Was so happy to find it on Amazon. Just the right amount of spice. Will purchase over and over!
