Finally, some relief from plantar fasciitis pain!
I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for over 2 years, painful enough that I was getting cortisone injections 2-3 times a year. I came across a you-tube video on using massage balls on the bottom of my feet to get some relief, so I ordered these thinking I had nothing to lose. I have used them daily 3-4 times a day while sitting at my desk for the past week, and the pain relief was almost immediate. I'll be trying it for my lower back as well.
