UPDATED 11/10/21: COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING! IF I could get my iPhone (12 Pro Max) to recognize the charger the “bolt” that shows it’s charging would literally VANISH the split second it showed up. I tried cleaning the charger, my iPhone & nothing worked. It is 100% KAPUT! 😡UPDATED 10/9/21: I wound up keeping it & the adapters & buying a new case w a magnetic circle for the charger. Everything was going great but now it suddenly stops charging for no reason. It’s not the cord, as I fiddle w that & nothing changes, it’s not the adapter for the same reason. It simply stops charging. And of course my return window has passed so I’m stuck w it. I’ll have to buy adiffere one. 😡———————-I don’t have a thick Otter-Box-like case. It’s just a simple case yet this charger won’t stick without a lot of fussing & moving it around. If I move the phone, it falls off so that defeats my charging it while I’m using it. And the charge is slow. Not sure if that’s because it’s not attaching well or what but after a few hours it’s not fully charged from having been at 25% to start. Also it uses the NEW USB size so I also had to buy an adapter (which might also be what’s slowing the charge down).I returned it & the adapters.

you are gonna have to buy a 10 dollar converter from regular usb to usb c.

This product actually works well. The issue is it is so poorly assembled it doesn’t hold up to even little bumps. Issue is with the plug. From early on I noticed that the plug was bent. But really The Who assembly is poor and not glued well offering no protection to the usb c plug.
