DO NOT BUY!The Cervical Sleeping Pillow from this company is totally cheap and unsatisfactory. Do Not PURCHASE THIS PILLOW!!!!!!!! I took the benefit of doubt from the first person that gave a 1 star review because I like firm pillows. I like to have a firm contour cervical pillow but this one is cheap and does not take original shape. For one, it came in a box way too small for the pillow. You probably couldnt fit 3 grapefruits in the box let alone a pillow. The shipping incident showed me that the company/shipper/seller does not care how it came to you. They only care about getting your money.Do not buy this pillow.The pillow looks nothing like the one they advertise. I took the pleasure of showing you what really came in the mail. See my attached pictures.I would give a negative score/star if they had one. I ended up ordering 2 other pillows from different companies and they both came in sufficient boxes with informative paperwork and receipt. They feel great. So please buy your cervical pillow somewhere else. DO NOT buy here!!!!!!!Again, this pillow appears highly chewed and irregular seam. Amatuer sowing, construction and configuration. They want your money and thats it.

Way too firm. Been looking for a good egg crate foam pillow for a decade, to the point of cutting up a dog bed that was made of a similar material, and that dog bed was not as firm than this. It took a week of sleeping on the hacked up dog bed for me to realize it was too firm, it took minutes on this thing. The countour looks like it's inconsistent from piece to piece, and the pillow is so thick, I'm having problems envisioning what sized human being this won't kink the neck of, as I'm 6'3", and where as I don't have the broadest shoulders, but I'm not small, and the combination of depth and firmness isn't well designed for human use. The egg crate pattern is also too broad, to the point where you can almost count the peaks that are touching your face.

I have finally found an egg crate pillow that gives me the sleep and helps eliminate my neck pain during the day. I have spent $ to much for other pillows, now finally I am happy with my pillow. I must mention that it is 5" high not 3" as advertised.

Purchased as a gift for someone with a bad neck. A cervical/eggcrate pillow was suggested by the chiropractor. This is just a chunk of eggcrate folded around two pieces of wedge foam and glued together. A grade school project. It is as hard as a ROCK and holds the head up at a VERY uncomfortable angle. I got it back from them and tore it up and threw it away. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Hard as a rock.
Bought this for my husband so he'd stop taking my "egg crate" pillow. It's hard and uncomfortable; it mostly lives in the closet. I'm thinking of putting it in a trash bag and running over it with my car a few times to make it a little softer. If anyone has any suggestions to make it softer, please share!

It is a bit firmer and higher than my previous eggcrate pillow but I did start using it immediately. It would be nice if the 2 long sides were different heights as my last one was. Would totally recommend this seller, as they were 1/3 the price for the same product as another Amazon seller, and had no problem sending from the USA.
