Love this creme and use for deep tissue and NMT work. Tacky enough that I can stop and melt trigger points away and enough glide for stripping muscle tissue.

I found this massage creme to work great if I'm only doing deep tissue but my style is a combination to include some Swedish as well. So, I had to reapply more for flowing parts of the massage and this is pretty expensive creme so I won't be using it regularly, very sparingly. If it were less expensive then I wouldn't have a problem just using more on each body part.
