The saem is a dermotologically tested/friendly korean brand. I first learned and used their products 3 years ago. I have very dry skin (eczema) and i get pimples when I dont get enough sleep. So my pores also got bigger and I wanted to find a nice simple toner to use for sensitive skin. There are so many out there but this has a very light formula. Not to alcoholy if you get that smell from your toners? So I definitely recommend this product as I have maintained my skin well with this product. Its safe and very basic (think of cetaphil but in Korea)

Works well.

It’s moisturizing but not oily. Its texture is like water with a tiny bit of thickness. It’s has a light clean scent (I like scents). It pairs well with my The Saem regimen and oily skin.

This toner is so hydrating. It feels so great on clean skin. It has no scent to it, either.

DO NOT BUY IT!!!
