Love this to take to work. Keeps water cool all day.

Good product works relatively well. What would have made it even better is some sort of an indicator as to whether the lid is locked and closed or not as its easy to put into bag deeming it's closed and locked and it's still open and some coffee leaks out. Otherwise its great.

This product was a waste of money. It looks good but it leaks

Started to leak a bit after a few uses.

The cup looks great and retains heat. But the dished pop-up/down mechanism is too shallow and hits your nose, and the gap that the liquid exits from is too narrow making the liquid spread out wide and spill down your face.So I took to pouring from it to a paper cup. But it dribbles everywhere if you try to pour from it, like the worst kind of tea-pot!For me this cup is useless and I wish I had had time to start a return before the time expired.

I had to fiddle with the inner rubber grommet on the click lid, wasn't on properly.

Good product.

Difficult to take lid off with a hot drink in

This mug must violate the laws of entropy. There is just no heat loss. I can pour hot tea into it at 9 or10am and it is still drinkably warm at 6pm. Totally seals shut. And for that price? Forget about it. You can drink from any side, but it does take a little getting used to. For some reason, it's a bit awkward.

This bottle fit nicely in my EDC bag. Doesn't hold a lot of fluid but keeps things cold with its double-walled construction.
