This bio flex is a miracle! After taking this for a few days my pain is gone in my back and my knees. After suffering all this time I finally found something that makes me feel normal again. This is amazing. Plus it is not that costly. Can raise your blood sugar a little so you have to keep an eye in that,and talk to your doctor about taking it.

For the last few months, I have purchased a different product three times the amount of this product. This product is life changing. I am on my feet for 12 hours a shift, I have sciatica and bouts of plantar fasciitis. General joint pain as well, I feel so much better on this product. I noticed a change after 2 days. Take it with food though, may make you slightly nauseaus on an empty stomach. (Nurse advise.)

It says 80 pills but you have to take 2 meaning it only last 40 days .

These are effective, but it does take time. After several weeks of taking i have notice less pain. The strength depends on your needs. I do believe these are a good value for the money.
