Not sure on those but the chocolate brownie tasted like cardboard with a hint of coco powdered chalk

There are 15g total carbs with 9g dietary fiber and 2g sugar alcohols, so the net carb count is 5g. These bars have the best flavor of no-sugar bars that I have tried. They also have plenty of protein to keep my hunger at bay until I can eat a meal when I am really busy. I have tried several flavors and recommend all of them!
