Beware! So bad.
Wow, where to begin? This says wood but it’s wood looking plastic. The speakers sound tinny and poor. The description is deceptive and even the logo was glued way off of where it belonged. Whatever glue they used was great because I can’t remove to put it where it belongs. This is a sub $200. Turntable with speakers. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing because this is something my 13 year old bought with birthday money. He was on a budget and this fit the bill. He’s keeping it cause 13 year olds can’t wait to return and buy something else. But this was a really poor choice and I absolutely regret buying this. It doesn’t look as nice as the picture suggest and the quality is cheap. It plays records and is easy to set up but there are a lot of better options on Amazon or elsewhere. Do not buy this!

Good sound!
This is a great record player for the price. The speakers aren’t big but have deep rich sound. The Bluetooth feature makes it a great all around system for my living room. Customer service was top notch when I reached out with an inquiry. All in all, very pleased.

Missing a lot of parts
Got this as a gift for my girlfriend. We initially couldn’t figure out why it kept skipping. She’s finally getting around to looking into the issues, and we found the ball beneath the turntable was missing so we used the “replacement” one. We also greased the spindle. This helped with the jumping motion.Next though, we found out it did NOT come with the stylus to attach to the head shell. So we ordered one , and now it appears there isn’t the additional plastic piece on the head shell that you attach the stylus to.All in all, frustrating that we’ve now spent additional money to fix a gift that didn’t work to begin with.If it worked, it’s a beautiful piece. We love the quality of the materials and the look. We just can’t use it lol so that’s a problem.

Bluetooth Issues - Replaced by Seller
The media could not be loaded. I love The look of this record player and the dust cover is great. The sounds quality is pretty decent, a lot better than the ones with built in speakers. I have no issues playing records, counterweighted stylus is nice. I had this for 3ish months before I started having issues with the Bluetooth skipping and cutting out. I contacted the company and they offered to replace it which was really great. However, the second one they sent had the same issue right away, as well as some manufacturing deformities on the dust cover that looked like dripping. It wasn’t super obvious, but I definitely noticed it straight away. I reached out to them again, frustrated that there was no quality testing to ensure the replacement didn’t have the exact same issue. They once again offered to replace it. The most recent one does not have any deformities and so far seems to be working well. I hope it continues to work well, and I’m thankful I was able to get the replacements for the issues.

Seller is great, and this really is a decent 12" turntable!
edit: Turns out this isn't designed to play 7" records. Original: When playing a single, the general wobble of the arm back and forth triggers the limit switch to say the record is done playing, before the record is done playing.I believe this plays as accurate a representation of the vinyl as you can get at this price point. I bought it for the stylus assembly, and it really delivers.Edit: Mine had this as a defect, the seller took care of me. Original: You have to turn it on, then off, then on again to actually enable the turntable. The first time you switch it on (after not using it for a while) i guess it goes into bluetooth mode, and no button pushes or anything will enable the turntable - the red light never comes on. you have to power cycle it to turn on the turntable part.edit: As the seller has worked with me, i can recommend buying this at this price, with the caveat that it isn't perfect for playing 7" singles. Seller recommended M405 or M619 models for 7" singles.

Great purchase that meets all my needs!
I was looking for a record player that would be great for beginners and that i would be able to covert records to MP3, which this one does. The sound is better than i expected and the assembly took less than 10 minutes. I also love that i can easily stream music. Overall, very happy with this record player.

Don’t waste your money! (Updated with fix from seller)
While this is a nice looking system with decent reviews, many buyers (including myself), have received turntables that do not play at the correct speed. The music will always sound out of tune and unlistenable. There is no speed control for this turntable and seller is unresponsive. Spend a little extra money to buy something that works. If the price is too good to be true, then there is a reason.Updated as I did get a response on a possible fix. Seller recommended reinstallation of the platter and belt. Upon removing, I noticed that spindle that sits in the base was not greased properly. Grease was dried and causing resistance to the motor producing slower than expected speed. After lubing the spindle with WD40, and reinstalling, speed of play was spot on. While is not something most would be able to diagnose, it did solve my problem. Updating my review to 3 stars. Ok, for the money, but sound does leave a little to be desired.
