This is a beautiful chandelier wide and lengthy. Amazing look once installed. I had shell out more than chandelier's cost to get it installed. It took 6 hrs for two expert electrcians to fit on to my ceiling with help of scaffolding. It is beautiful and thought that it is worth for hardwork until I did not see remote. Once switched it on I am stuck with bright daylight white settings, I cant change color modes on it as described in product description. Reached out to seller with question, but no response. Contacted Amazon support about it, sadly worst experience from Amazon associates, they asked to send product back for replacement 🙃 I clearly mentioned that I am not looking for refund but according to them only option what they have is return item which is practically impossible after shelling out so much money and time installing it. If you are ok with single mode brightness it is good or else stay away from this product.

It looked stunning, very heavy, highly recommend a professional installation using scaffolding, ensure proper anchoring to studs. My guy installed using just a ladder, didn’t get into attic, unfortunately it has fallen down, luckily narrowly escaped falling on someone. This is not a DIY item unless you are a pro. It looked majestic while it was up. Good luck. BTW I had another lighter version installed later.

I had to pay more than the cost of the chandelier, the strings ends up messy and it’s hard to remove them apart. But I can say with confidence it’s worth it. I will not hesitate buying it yet another time If needed to be. One thing is they give you only a few extra crystal, although we didn’t feel the need for the extras.

Installation - really long, but not difficult. It took me (without the help of another person, but you need to use scaffolding): to install and strengthen the base of the chandelier - 2 hours, additional wires and switches - 2 hours, the formation of the chandelier itself (crystals and icicles) - 6 hours. After this, I do not agree to repeat this :). The only thing that confuses me is fixing the base with only 4 bolts - the chandelier is really heavy, and I think I should have thought about this before forming the chandelier itself. but I hope the manufacturers thought about it before selling this product

Beautiful, stunning piece. It's just what I wanted. You will need a professional installer and lots of time and patience. It took them all day..like 7 hrs. It was worth it and money well spent. I would have no husband if I tried to make him install this 😆 I have 20 ft ceilings so we needed a scaffold and everything. It was an event but again, well worth it.
