Cheese Mats
I purchased these to use in the process of making and draining cheese curds. They are commonly used for this and worked perfectly in that role as expected. They seem to be good quality with the bamboo and stitching all in good shape. How they stand up over time is unclear, but I am happy with the purchase.

Cheaper quality
Overall these will work for what you need it to but cheap quality than others we have purchased. We put saran wrap in between because you can see some splintering. I would purchase a higher quality next time.
