Motor stopped one day after 30 daysResponded with offer to send another conveyor. Hope to received. We offered to return the one not working once new one received. They did not make this request but we feel is proper. Received email to keep item that had stopped working and received a new complete order replaced at no cost! I will definitely order from them again. Even with the problem it was addressed immediately and resolved above my expectations! Great job and very pleased!

I wish the legs and the side rails were adjustable .

While unboxing this conveyor all sorts of bolts and nuts were littered all over the inside of the box. I had to carefully pick some loose bolts out of the electric motor housing and several were stuck underneath the belt as well. After assembling everything, it was pretty clear that this is not "heavy duty" like the description claims. It is made of cheap pressed steel, the footings screw into the bottom in such a way that they are a tad loose, causing the whole thing to be rickety and jiggle about if anything comes into contact with the conveyor (touching it with your hand, or placing product onto the belt).After having tested this conveyor out for a few minutes, my determination that this conveyor was definitely not worth the asking price (350). The motor worked well enough for the few minutes I tested it, but the fact the entire table structure is unsteady prevented me from even trying to put it to use. I boxed it back up and immediately worked on the return process, I successfully got my refund.

Motor is not good to even move tiny objects. Three soda cans would stop belt unless on full speed. Speed control is poor due to poor motor. we needed to buy a new motor with some power. Hoping to resolve problem. For 30 more dollars cost they could solve this problem instantly. If done I would buy many more. Like this not good.

Received the Belt conveyor. We are designing it into a machine that will move wood items. In doing the first test to see if it would hold up, it is looking like it will. This is a non-typical application of the product. There will be several automated sections that it will use the conveyor in moving wood material. Looks like it meets our expectations and technical requirements.

Doesn't have instructions.Had to reach out to seller to figure out how to make it work. He was helpful.

Works good one of the welds broke and had to strengthen and redo wiring connectors broke

We purchased several of these, they function as described and last quite a while. Very please and will order again. Matt S.
