I have mixed feelings on these
If you are looking for something that has the color throughout the braiding this isn't it. There is white filler in all of them. That being said if you can make sure the braiding stays tight it works. I use it for trim on needlepoint projects - ornaments and stockings. I sew it on tightly with high end thread so it isn't going to come apart.

As described
I used this for a unity braid. It was perfect. The rope is wrapped around a center cord of black. I was able to used the rope so that the black did not show. This rope will ravel when cut. I tried using a flame to stop it but it didn’t work. I used a piece of tape wrapped around where I made my cut.

Not the color I was expecting
I expected a metalic gold, but it was not...it was "fools gold"...LOL

Nice size, wish end was sealed to prevent unravelling.

Quality cording
I used it as a handle tie for a shower brush. The cord is not nylon. The cord ends cannot be melted to secure the strands.For decorative use on pillows and such it will work nicely.
