well constructed
I ordered this for making measurements with my hydrometer. Cursory test showed the markings to be at least +2mL off. I wouldn't recommend for anything requiring much accuracy.

Great item
I'm using this cylinder to float a hydrometer for my saltwater aquarium. This is a very well built item and is high quality. It is sturdy despite its height because of the large hexagonal base that keeps it from tipping over.
