I’ve been taking this collagen for just about two weeks. My muscles were hurting from fibromyalgia, and I was waking up in pain every night. since I’ve been taking this I do not wake up the same. I only can recall one night early on that I had a problem, but for the most part, I sleep soundly. I wake early, but I sleep soundly and I don’t wake in terrible pain. I added it to my coffee in the morning and it dissolves instantly when I stir it and I can’t taste it so it’s not unpleasant at all.

I really love this product. It blends into my coffee in the mornings with no problem. I can’t even taste it (I have the flavorless option). It dissolves completely. Seems to last a good while!

I have taken this for 2 weeks so far daily. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin, I know that any changes in my hair and nails will take longer. I'm not sure what other people mean when they can't taste it but I definitely taste and smell the powder no matter what drink I put it in, and I purchased the non-flavored powder. It leaves a filmy coating in my mouth and has a peculiar after smell. I'll keep taking it until it's gone but I don't think I would repurchase this because I don't care for the taste or smell. It doesn't seem to upset my stomach though or cause any gastro issues.

I put this is my coffee every morning and it dissolves after a few stirs with a spoon. No weird after taste and has definitely helped my skin, hair, and weight control.
