Great product
Works great in dry eyes. Plus it is preservative free for those who are allergic to everything like me! My ophthalmologist recommended this brand for me. It is not too expensive either.

Excellent
The Systane Ultra preservative-free multi-dose eye drops are excellent. They relieve dryness and irritation almost immediately. They do not sting when applied and are very gentle on sensitive eyes. I love that they are preservative-free and that the bottle is practical and easy to use.

Super lubricating and great after Lasik
This was the most helpful eyedrop I've tried post-lasik. It really offered the most and longest lasting relief from having post-surgery dry eyes

Dispenser not as good as regular Systane Ultra
I’ve been using the original version of Systane Ultra (with preservatives) for years and always found it effective. When I saw the preservative-free version selling for the same price, why not try it? Here’s why not. In order to prevent contamination, a one-way valve is at the top of the bottle. I find that the drops it produces are too big, causing water to run down my face. And you need to remember to shake off a drop that is always left clinging to the top. So I find it less convenient and they will run out faster. I will switch back to the old formula with preservatives. If I was sensitive to the preservative, I’d use this version. It works OK, just with a little added annoyance.

Almost as good as Prescription Medication!
I first purchased this in Paris last month as my prescription Miebo dry eye medication ran out while on vacation. I was desperate and found Systane Ultra in a pharmacy, it was about $35 for one bottle, this came in a two pack . I was very pleased with the results, really helped my very dry eyes. I just purchased again as a back up as my prescription medication runs out before I can renew. The best day time dry eye relief I have found other than prescription Miebo and I use Restasis daily for the last 15 years.

Good for dry eyes
After my cataract surgery, my eyes became dry. I needed some products to relieve the symptoms. These products worked very well. They can be directly applied to the eyes, without any stickiness. And there is no burning sensation when using them.

Idiotically designed bottle
It’s an eye drop. So poorly designed that I squirted the product all over my face and I used almost an entire bottle to treat one eye! Buy stock in this company cause their profits must be enormous!

Truly Fast Acting...Long Lasting!
This is my first time using the Ultra PF as I'd been using Complete PF for the past 3 years. This is, as is stated, truly fast acting. The Ultra formula works quicker & lasts longer than the Systane Complete PF. I'm not sure why so many folks complain about how the drops are dispensed. Remember, these eye drops are *preservative free* thus the delivery method must be such that nothing can get into the bottle to contaminate the drops. As it was explained to me after a drop is released the bottle is designed to sort of re-seal so nothing can get in or out until the next time the drops are used. Simply hold the bottle upside down, slightly squeeze & when you see a drop appear, apply to the eye. Simple!
