Fantastic easy to use for your long slow smokes
Use on a big green egg XL in the UK and a cheap costco ceramic in France - yup it is so good I bought two. Ignore the naysayers it does take a bit of time to learn - I got web support from the guys who make it in the states over the weekend!! Key thing for me was having the exhaust cracked open just a tiny amount.Really is a quality product.

Not fit for purpose. And unable to return.
This is a truly awful piece of kit. Connection to WiFi is diabolical. If you like someone more time connecting your kit and failing than you do eating or cooking this this is for you. If not, choose a different product. Non returnable as well.

Quality appalling
Thought this product would be great for my big green egg - especially given the price. It is so unreliable I’ve barely used it! Temp probes have failed multiple times and now I just don’t trust it to work so it sits in my garage collecting dust - waste of £300.
