Ik gebrijk dit voor judo bjj en worstelen het is zwaar genoeg dat je het kan gooien zonder te makkelijk te voelen maar ook niet te licht overal heel goed voor 40€

Mein Sohn ist begeistert. Ich habe zusätzlich Granulatfüllung für Boxsäcke bestellt. Dadurch war es leider viel zu schwer. Wir haben das Granulat wieder entfernt und mit alten Kleidungsstücken gefüllt. Jetzt kann mein 13-jähriger Sohn damit etwas anfangen.

Füllmaterial
Ich habe erstmal 30kg füllmaterial rein gemacht. Aber haben leider nicht gereicht musste nochmal 20-30 kg nachbestellen. Also habe ich insgesamt 60kg füllmaterial benutzt.
