I needed some fine point chalk pens for mason jar labels. The food names & info can be long so none of the traditional thick chalk markers I had would work. These are great! I wasn't sure if a chalk marker would work in a fine point but they absolutely do.That said, while these are called 'chalkzies' which would imply that they are chalk markers, they do not erase as easily as my other chalk markers. It turns out that for my purposes I'm glad that is the case. Believe it or not, the writing from these markers survives the dishwasher! Who knew!The pen label says to spray an ammonia-based cleaner on the writing to erase it & that works. I've primarily been using rubbing alcohol & that works well too. The longer the writing has been on the labels the harder it is to get it off. For the labels that have been through the dishwasher I definitely have to use ammonia to clean the labels. I have a little spray bottle that's about 1/3 ammonia & the rest water. When I spray that onto the chalk & let it sit for a few seconds the ink comes off even after the heat of the dishwasher.All in all, I would definitely recommend these if you need fine point chalk. I will be buying these again when the ones I have now run out.

This liquid chalk pen is exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. I've used it on glass and on reusable chalkboard labels. The extra fine tip allows me to label small things, like 2oz bottles of skin care products, or write lengthier bits of text than I'd be able with a thicker pen. They wipe off easily, so that I can reuse the same labels, bottles, etc. I'm really pleased with the Chalkzies 0.7mm Extra Fine Point Liquid Chalk Marker and will definitely be repurchasing when I need another!

I like the fine point and the bright white ink in this pen.It works well on small labels for spices and descriptive words.I'm only giving it 4 stars because it does "spit" a little ink while using it.You cant press down hard while writing like a normal pen, you have to let the ink glide onto the paper.The tip is a hard plastic triangle and if you press too hard, the tip can stutter across the paper giving you the ink "spit"Use light pressure only with this pen.Oh, and be sure to shake the pen OFTEN for good ink flow.The work "Fine" in my "Fine Sugar" was made by this pen

I needed one that I could use to write on smaller labels. The bigger ones were just too fat and didn't look neat enough for me given my printing style. These ones were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The labels look more professionally done than with the wider tipped one. I'm likely to use this pen instead of the big one that came with my labels originally because of how much better the fine lines look.Paid Amazon full price and would buy more if I needed them for another project.

This is a great marker for fine writing, especially on small labels. It does take a bit to dry, but once it's dry, it's not going to smudge. I would recommend blotting it before writing. Sometimes there is a "glob" of ink on the end of the tip that will leave a pool of ink when you start to write. And don't press too hard when writing.

This writes so easily and crisply and made my pantry look so organized! Very pleased. I have been using my pantry containers daily (I cook a lot!) and was worried the chalk would rub off easily with being touched, but so far I have had no issues with that after weeks of daily use. If you do need to erase it, any ammonia based cleaner will work. Make sure you read instructions though about how to store your pen and how to start it the first time you use it.

I had previously bought the white marker and loved them - definitely waterproof (even they the dishwasher). HOWEVER, the good and silver are definitely NOT waterproof (dont know why they are different). On a beer glass with chalkboard paint to personalize the glasses, the white stays put but the gold/silver smear and get all over my fingers. Bummed...

Super fine tip and once the ink is dry it is decently durable to handling! Using it for kitchen chalkboard labels in my pantry. No problems and has lasted perfectly on my labels for a few weeks now with moderate handling. Wipes off clean with a damp cloth. Done about 20 different labels and tip is still just like new and I see no sign of ink running out as of yet. Color is solid even on black chalkboard labels.
