I paired this with a pallisades wall shower set. It looks so sharp and modern. I bought it in chrome .The person who installed it said all the parts were there and wasn’t hard to installed.

. Product Issue – Immediate Attention Required The 3” cord has detached from the shower handle, and the black hose responsible for water flow has developed a leak, making the unit completely unusable. This is a critical failure that occurred shortly after purchase. Please advise on next steps for a prompt replacement or refund. I’d appreciate a swift resolution.

Remodeled my bathroom and this shower system is giving luxury! Will be getting the same one when I remodel my 2nd bathroom.

This shower rain head is the absolute best shower head I have ever used! It is a 10 inch square size and completely covered your entire body in water. There is also a separate handheld sprayer which I use every time. It is perfect for directly water at certain areas. The shower head is made of stainless steel and has a beautiful black finish. The handheld sprayer and 15 inch shower arm are both made of brass with the same gorgeous black finish. There is a pressure balance valve built into the system which prevents the water from fluctuations in temperature (think of what normally happens to the shower water when someone flushes the toilet.....this prevents that!). It also has air pressure technology, which pushes air into the outcoming water, creating a blissful rain sensation. The system was very easy to install and has 1/2 NPT tapered threads, which fit our standard size plumbing we already had in place.

Llegó incompleto, no quise devolución por que necesito ya el producto. Venía en una bolsa no en la caja del artículo.

El brazo que se ve ya lo cambie por uno más largo Otro problema es que con una bomba presurizadora es muy difícil regular la temperatura si tienes bomba contempla esto y a la ves si le asé falta precion para su óptima funcionalidad
